Tommy Robinson GBH arrest: CPS drops case after St Pancras station incident

Tommy Robinson was arrested on suspicion of GBH after a 64-year-old man was injured at St Pancras station. Video showed Robinson near the man on the ground, saying he acted in self-defense. He was detained at Luton Airport after returning from Portugal and released on bail. The CPS later said there wasn’t enough evidence to charge, partly because the alleged victim refused to give a statement.
